How We Compare to Other Day Pass Options
Some standard gyms in Marrakech offer daily access for 50 to 100 MAD. You walk in, use the machines, walk out. No coach, no program, no atmosphere. It works if you already know exactly what you are doing. Hotel gyms are often free for guests but extremely limited in equipment. At Dune Training, the day pass gets you into a coached class with a certified trainer, professional equipment, and a group of 12 people max. It is a complete training experience, not just access to a floor.
What to Bring for Your Session
You do not need much. Clean indoor sport shoes, shorts or leggings, a breathable shirt, a water bottle, and a small towel. If you have cross-training shoes like the Nike Metcon or Reebok Nano, those are ideal. they provide stability for strength movements and enough flex for running. The locker rooms have showers and lockers, so you can come straight from your hotel or coworking space and leave feeling fresh after class.
Best Classes for a One-Time Visitor
If you only have one session, we recommend HYROX or CrossFit. These formats deliver the most complete experience in 60 minutes: cardio, strength, technique, and that collective adrenaline rush from the group. If you want something more targeted, Iron Muscle is perfect for lifting enthusiasts, and Booty Builder is the pick for visitors who want a solid glute and leg session. The coach will adapt everything to your level, even if it is your very first time with us.
Recommended Frequency Based on Your Stay
Staying 3 to 5 days? Two sessions are enough to maintain your fitness and get a taste of Dune Training. Staying 1 to 2 weeks? Four to six sessions with a pack let you genuinely test different class formats and make some progress. Staying a month or more? The monthly membership becomes the most cost-effective option and gives you a regular training rhythm that structures your days. Whatever your timeline, we can make it work.
