HYROX is a global fitness competition combining running and 8 functional exercises. At Dune Training, we prepare you with structured, progressive training to perform on race day.
Sled push & pull, burpees, rowing, farmers carry, wall balls, lunges — each movement is drilled with precision in our dedicated sessions.
