Athletic Core is our dedicated core strengthening and trunk stability class. At Dune Training in Marrakech, this program improves your performance across all other classes.
Sessions combine anti-extension, anti-rotation, and anti-lateral flexion exercises for a solid and functional core. Planks, Pallof presses, carries, and dynamic exercises are on the program.
This class is accessible to all levels and makes an excellent complement to any training program. A strong core is the foundation of all athletic performance.
