Booty Builder at Dune Training is THE dedicated lower body and glute strengthening class, at 60 Avenue Mohammed V in the Gueliz district of Marrakech. 60 intense minutes in a small group of 12 people maximum, with a coach watching your technique on every single rep. This class is designed for anyone who wants to build strong, sculpted glutes and powerful legs.

The warm-up lasts 10 minutes and specifically targets glute activation. We start on the floor: glute bridges with a mini-band around the knees, clamshells, fire hydrants, and donkey kicks. Then we stand up with bodyweight squats, lateral band walks, and hip circles to warm up the hip joints. This activation phase ensures your glutes fire properly during the heavier work ahead.

The main block runs 40-45 minutes and follows either a circuit or straight-set format depending on the week and training phase. Key exercises include: barbell hip thrusts (40-100 kg depending on your level), back squats with focus on depth, Bulgarian split squats with dumbbells, Romanian deadlifts for the posterior chain, leg press with feet high on the platform to emphasize glutes, abductor machine, walking lunges with kettlebells, and step-ups onto a 40 cm box.

We work in 3-4 sets of 10-15 reps with 60-90 seconds rest between sets. The coach adjusts your position on every movement: foot placement, pelvic angle, squat depth, and knee tracking. These details make all the difference for targeting glutes over quads. We use intensification techniques like tempo (3 seconds on the way down) and isometric pauses at the bottom of the movement to maximize time under tension.

This class is open to all levels and all genders. Beginners start with light loads and focus on the mind-muscle connection, learning to feel their glutes working before adding weight. Intermediate and advanced lifters push loads and add intensity techniques like drop sets, 1.5 reps, and pause reps to break through plateaus.

Our Booty Builder sessions at Dune Training run in a supportive and motivated environment. The coach provides basic nutrition tips and recovery recommendations (sleep, hydration, stretching between sessions) to help optimize your results outside the gym. Consistency is what builds results, and we help you stay on track.

Bring your training shoes (flat sole preferred for stability), a water bottle, a towel, and comfortable leggings or shorts. We supply all equipment: Olympic bars, dumbbells, resistance bands, mini-bands, machines, kettlebells, and boxes. Everything you need is here at the studio.
