Weightlifting Classes in Marrakech
Our Weightlifting class is dedicated to Olympic lifting technique: snatch and clean & jerk. At Dune Training in Marrakech, you benefit from individualized coaching to progress safely.
Each session breaks down movements into technical phases: positions, pulls, receiving, and stabilization. You'll work with loads adapted to your technical level.
This class is aimed at intermediate practitioners looking to improve their weightlifting technique or break personal records.
Weightlifting develops power, coordination, and mobility. It's an excellent complement to CrossFit and any performance sport.
What to Expect
A Typical Session

Warm-Up
Weightlifting-specific mobility: ankles, hips, shoulders, and wrists.

Workout
Technical snatch and/or clean & jerk work. Drills, complexes, and progressive loading.
03
Cool-Down
Stretching and mobility for shoulders, hips, and ankles.
