Our Gymnastics class is dedicated to mastering bodyweight movements. At Dune Training in Marrakech, you'll learn the essential gymnastic skills of functional fitness.
Muscle-ups, handstand push-ups, ring dips, rope climbs, and L-sits are on the program. Each movement is broken down into progressions to let you evolve at your own pace.
This class is aimed at intermediate practitioners looking to unlock new movements and improve their body control.
Our specialized coaches guide you with specific drills, strength work, and proprioception exercises.
