Dune Training Marrakech
Overview
CrossFit Classes in Marrakech | Schedule & Booking
CrossFit at Dune Training means 60 minutes of high-intensity functional training in our box at 60 Avenue Mohammed V, Gueliz district, Marrakech. Groups are capped at 12 people with constant coaching, and a different WOD every single day so you never get bored. This is functional fitness done right: varied, intense, and always coached.
The warm-up runs 10-12 minutes. We start with rowing or SkiErg at moderate pace, then targeted joint mobility based on the day's WOD. If the workout includes squats, we open up ankles and hips. If it is pressing, we mobilize shoulders. Then we drill the day's movements at empty bar or light load so you feel confident before the clock starts.
The WOD (Workout of the Day) takes 20 to 30 minutes. That is where it happens. Formats vary: AMRAP (max rounds in a given time), For Time (finish as fast as possible), EMOM (one movement per minute), or house formats we design in-house. Movements include pull-ups, thrusters, deadlifts (60-140 kg depending on level), box jumps (50/60 cm), toes-to-bar, double-unders, rowing on Concept2 machines, and running intervals on our track.
Every movement scales to your level. Cannot do strict pull-ups yet? We give you bands or ring rows. Not ready for 140 kg deadlifts? We drop to 60 kg. What matters is relative intensity, not absolute weight. The coach adjusts loads, reps, and movements so every athlete finishes within the target time window and gets the intended stimulus from the workout.
After the WOD, we do 5-8 minutes of cool-down: stretching the muscle groups we hit, diaphragmatic breathing, and sometimes a short accessory piece targeting abs or mobility. The coach debriefs the session, logs scores on the board, and gives you tips for next time. Tracking your scores over weeks and months is how you see real progress.
Our classes suit all levels, from complete beginners to athletes aiming for competition qualifiers. Community spirit is fundamental here at Dune Training: we push each other, suffer together, and celebrate each other's progress. That is what makes every session at our Gueliz box feel different from training alone in a commercial gym.
Bring your training shoes (Metcon or Nano type work best), a water bottle, and a towel. We have jump ropes on site but bring your own if you prefer a specific length. Wear comfortable clothing that allows full range of movement. Avoid baggy shorts that ride up during box jumps or inversions.
We run multiple time slots per week, Monday to Saturday, morning and evening. Check our schedule and reserve your spot at Dune Training, 60 Avenue Mohammed V, Gueliz, Marrakech. First session? Send us a message on WhatsApp and we will get you set up.
