CrossFit is a high-intensity functional training method combining gymnastics, weightlifting, and metabolic conditioning. At Dune Training in Marrakech, our CrossFit classes are led by certified coaches.
Each session features a different WOD (Workout of the Day), ensuring constant variety and continuous progress. You'll work on movements like pull-ups, squats, deadlifts, and box jumps.
